MineV offers a full 14-day refund on all purchases — no questions asked, no conditions, no exceptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a complete refund.
This policy applies to all MineV products and services:
- Basic Listing — Monthly server listing subscription
- Premium Listing — Monthly premium server listing subscription
- Boost Up — One-time server promotion feature

Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all MineV purchases. If you have billing questions, you may also contact Paddle support directly through your purchase receipt.
