MineV ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

We collect the following information when you use MineV:

- To operate and maintain your account
- To display your server listing to other users
- To send transactional emails (password resets, account notices)
- To process payments through our third-party provider (Paddle)
- To detect and prevent abuse or fraud on the platform
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection on registration forms. Processes anonymized challenge data. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
- Paddle — Payment processing for premium features. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles all billing data securely. Paddle Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts — Font delivery. May log your IP address. Google Privacy Policy
4. Cookies
MineV uses minimal browser storage (localStorage) to keep you logged in across sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie for bot detection purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at help@minev.xyz. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Data Security
We take security seriously. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never stored in plain text. Access to our database is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
MineV is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to processing of your data

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of MineV after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
