How do I list my server on MineV?
Create an account, then go to the Setup Wizard. It will walk you through the entire process step by step. You can also follow our guide for detailed instructions.
My server isn't showing as online. What should I do?
Make sure your server port is open and accessible from the internet. You can test it at mcsrvstat.us. If the issue persists, contact us via email.
I was charged but my Boost didn't activate.
Please wait a few minutes — webhook delivery can sometimes be delayed. If your boost still hasn't activated after 15 minutes, email us at help@minev.xyz with your order ID and we'll sort it out immediately.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds in specific cases (double charges, service not delivered). See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at help@minev.xyz with your username and the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 30 days.
